First time booking with M.C.A.T.S.?

We are your locally owned airport transportation service, dedicated to ensuring your airport travel is as seamless as possible. We offer shuttle transportation to and from the Midway and O'Hare Airports in Chicago, Illinois from Michigan City, Portage, Gary, and Hammond Indiana. Our one-way rides are priced very reasonable per person to/from Midway and O'Hare Airport(s) if you purchase your ticket online in advance (requires 3 days in advance). If you happen to miss your 3 days in advance booking window, give us a call. We will do our best to assist you with your transportation needs. We pickup in four cities on our shuttle, traveling west bound, before arriving at the airports. So, you can imagine our shuttle buses fill-up fast. In addition, we offer rides to and from the airports outside of the shuttle dates, times, and locations. Please give us a call for more information.

The shuttle ride typically takes around 2 hours traveling time to/from Midway and 2 1/2 hours of traveling time to/from O'Hare airport from the Michigan City pick up location. This time is calculated from the Michigan City pickup location. Keep in mind, that unexpected traffic conditions and traffic incidents may occur. We recommend booking your ride with ample time to spare to avoid any inconvenience in reaching your flight as scheduled.

For a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time from your pickup point in your city to allow sufficient time for the loading process. Also, we ask that you please answer the question at check out. If you are traveling to O'Hare, we ask at check out "What airline/terminal you are departing from?" This will help the driver load your bags in the shuttle bus strategically for prompt unloading.

OUR SERVICE:

Our service provides three trips per day from Michigan City, Portage, Gary, and Hammond Indiana to the Airports and back. Please keep in mind that our shuttle will not stop at our scheduled locations if there is no booking for that date and time. If you have a party of more than (2) passengers, please call, text, or email us for a discounted group rate. We are closed on Sundays. We are thinking of adding an early morning trip to the airports on Sundays in July 2024. Please email us and share your expressions if you think many can benefit from a Sunday shuttle service.

Please refer to our daily transit schedule for pick up locations and times traveling to and from cities and the airports. Please be ready at those locations during those times.

We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance. You may purchase your ticket online via our website, in person at our pickup locations, and or over the telephone. There may be a 3% charge added for purchasing regular tickets over the telephone.

Our shuttle tickets for Midway and O'Hare Airport are reasonably priced. You must name all your passengers at booking.

For patrons that travel daily call for a daily rate. This is prorated and billed monthly.

You are required to book the shuttle tickets at the discounted rate 3 days in advance. Please record a frequent monitored email address and/or a telephone number when booking.

Each passenger is provided two complimentary luggage bags. There is an additional $15 charge for each extra bag per shuttle ride. This will be charged at the pickup location.

Passengers should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. The shuttle leaves the loading locations promptly according to schedule. Once the shuttle is in motion, we are unable to turn back or stop for late arrivals.

If you are booked for a return shuttle ride from the airport, please be in the arrival area of the airport at the times shown for pickup. If you are booked for a return shuttle ride the driver will attempt to give you a call or text, the number you listed during booking. Make sure your phone is active and able to alert you when leaving the aircraft.

There are no refunds for missing your scheduled ride.

To receive a full refund, kindly notify us via email at least 24 HOURS in advance of your scheduled ride. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after that timeframe.
