First time booking with M.C.A.T.S.?

We are your locally owned airport transportation service, dedicated to ensuring your airport travel is as seamless as possible. We offer shuttle transportation to and from the Midway and O'Hare Airports in Chicago, Illinois from Union Pier, MI., Michigan City, Portage, and Hammond Indiana. Our one-way rides are priced reasonably. To add an additional passenger to a shuttle ride is only $15 per person (up to 3 allowed under one booking). We require 3 days in advance booking. If you happen to miss your 3 days in advance booking window, give us a call. We will do our best to assist you with your transportation needs. We pickup / drop off in four cities on our shuttle. So, you can imagine our shuttles fill-up fast. In addition, we offer rides (Door to Terminal / Terminal to Door - Private Rides) to and from the airports outside of the shuttle dates, times, and locations. Please give us a call for more information.

For a smooth experience on the shuttle, we kindly ask that you arrive prior to the departure time from your pickup location in your city to allow sufficient time for the loading process.

OUR SERVICE:

Our service provides FIVE trips per day from Michigan City, Portage, and Hammond Indiana to the Airports and back Monday thru Saturday. Our service also provides three trips from Union Pier, Michigan to the Airports and back Friday and Saturday. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TIMES FOR BOOKING ARE IN CENTRAL STANDARD TIME (CST). In addition, our Special Sunday service provides two trips to and from Union Pier, MI, Michigan City, and Portage, Indiana. AGAIN, ALL TIMES FOR BOOKING ARE IN CST. Please be aware that our shuttle will not stop at our posted locations if there are no scheduled bookings.

M.C.A.T.S. will determine what size motor carrier will be used by the number of riders scheduled to travel on the shuttle that day. The company may use a suitable vehicle based on the number of travelers.

If you miss your shuttle time, you may catch the next scheduled shuttle. The shuttle doesn't stop if there isn't a scheduled booking. You may call M.C.A.T.S. to find out when the next scheduled shuttle pickup is.

If you have a "Terminal to Door" (Private Ride) scheduled pickup from either airport, there will be a 20-minute courtesy wait by the driver (if they are able to).

After the 20-minute courtesy wait time, we require you to call the driver and or company for any delays beyond that point to keep that driver waiting. There is a $30 per hour charge that will need to be paid promptly for the driver to continue to wait. Please note that the driver may not always be available to wait. PLEASE KEEP US INFORMED OF ANY LAST-MINUTE CHANGES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We will do our best to work with you.

Please refer to our daily Transit Schedule for pickup locations and times traveling to and from the airports. Please be ready at those locations during your scheduled booking(s).

Our shuttle tickets for Midway and O'Hare Airports are reasonably priced. There is 3 days in advance requirement to book the shuttle tickets at the discounted rate. For parties of more than one, please list the names of all passengers at booking.

Please record a frequently monitored email address and/or a telephone number when booking.

Each passenger is provided two complimentary luggage bags. There may be an additional $15 charge for each extra bag per shuttle ride. This may be charged at the pickup location.

Passengers should arrive on-time for their scheduled departure. The shuttle leaves the loading locations promptly according to schedule. Once the shuttle is in motion, the driver is unable to turn back or stop for late arrivals.

If you are booked for a return shuttle ride, please be in the arrival area of the airport at the times shown for pickup listed on your confirmation. The driver will attempt to give you a call or text to the number you listed during booking. Make sure your phone is active and able to alert you when leaving the aircraft.

There are no refunds for missing your scheduled ride.

To receive a full refund, kindly notify us via EMAIL (shuttleservicemc@gmail.com) at least 24 HOURS in advance of your scheduled ride.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the required 24 HOURS in advance timeframe.

You may book your trip up until the end of the calendar year.
